Ingredients needed:

  • Any type of bean
  • Celery
  • Salt (optional)
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Lemon zest
  • Crushed tomatoes

How to cook:

  1. Simmer.
  2. Let it sit for a couple of hours. 
  3. Serve warm.
